Now, I want you to take a moment and take a deep breath in for 3 seconds and exhale for 5 seconds. Do this a couple more times and this time–do this mindfully and relax your jaw, your neck, and your shoulders.
Picture yourself waking up and not feeling a sense of dread. Having time to gather your thoughts, taking a moment for gratitude, and setting an intention for the day. You get dressed, have time to enjoy your coffee and actually eat breakfast. And it gets even better, you leave for work right on time and are ready to hit the ground running.
